All payments for subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Autopost does not store or have access to your payment card details; Paddle handles all financial transactions, billing, and tax compliance.
Subscription fees and billing cycles are described on our website.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle’s policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use the Service to harm, harass, or exploit others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Autopost disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopost and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Unauthorized access to your account or data.

Your total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
